What to Expect with MOBILITY

MOBILITY is more than just a ride. We treat every ride as an extension of your care.

Our drivers communicate with both the departing and receiving facilities before, during, and after your trip. We observe and relay critical patient information, so those waiting for you are ready when you arrive.

Scheduling your transport

We keep scheduling simple. There's always a real person ready to help.

The MOBILITY Difference: Active Care Transport

  • 1. Pre-trip Coordination

Before your trip, MOBILITY contacts the departing facility to review the patient needs.

A woman with long wavy hair talking on a cell phone while sitting at a wooden desk with a laptop. The laptop screen displays a webpage. There is a vase with dried flowers and some pens on the desk. The background includes a shelf and a wall.
  • 2. In-Transit Observation

MOBILITY Drivers are First-Aid and CPR certified and trained to monitor the patient.

A female healthcare worker wearing a black shirt with a stethoscope around her neck, smiling and talking to a patient in a medical setting.
  • 3. Arrival Handoff

Upon arrival, MOBILITY communicates the patient status to the receiving facility.

A woman and a man shake hands across a conference table in an indoor setting. On the table, there is a pen, a clipboard with paper, a laptop, and a small potted plant. The woman is wearing a white shirt, and the man is dressed in black, with a bracelet on his wrist.
